What this poem says

Khayyam says: it is true that in this material world I possess both a beautiful face and complexion and a graceful stature, all of them blessings granted to me by God — yet in the end, for all this beauty, I am destined to reach death. And now, from this house of mirth that is the dust, the place where all of God's creatures ultimately end up, he asks: God, then why did You create me at all, if I am only to die in the end?

A prose synopsis, not a translation of the verse. Translated from the Persian summary.
