Peak of the National Rising
On 19 Dey 2584 (9 January 2026), the national rising reached its peak, spreading to nearly 400 cities across all 31 provinces of Iran; according to intelligence assessments relayed by a European diplomat, close to five million people took to the streets nationwide. It became the largest Iranian uprising since 1979. The regime's bloody crackdown took the lives of thousands of javidnaman; HRANA confirmed more than 7,000 killed, with estimates running into the tens of thousands.
